Divine Soul Crystals is a small business. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping orders. Shipping turnaround can be anywhere between 3-7 business days depending on the carrier you have chosen for your shipping method (Please allow for additional time during major holidays). We ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Orders will be processed in the order they were received. Once orders are processed, you will receive an email update with your order number and tracking number. If you have not received your order within the shipping timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us @ divinesoulcrystals@gmail.com. Please refrain from sending emails regarding your order status if the processing time has not lapsed.  

Divine Soul Crystals wants to ensure that the products you receive are charged and cleared. All our products are either charged under the full moon (i.e. crystals & jewelry) or cleansed/neutralized with sage or a singing bowl. 

The crystals we sell vary in sizes, shapes, and tones. You will receive your crystal similar to the one as pictured in the listing. We find the best quality of crystals to sell in our store. Don't be deterred by the crystal's appearance at first glance. Many books and writings state that the more rough in appearance the crystal is, the more metaphysical energy it holds.

Crystals provide us with an abundance of energy to help us be the best version of ourselves. Although these beautiful stones are beneficial in many ways, they may contain minerals or substances that can be harmful. It is important to to do your own research on crystals and be aware of the crystals that should not be used for elixrs or submerged in water.  Many crystals have a protective coat, but it is always best pratice to wash your hands after use.
